“the Company”) provides intermediary services for booking tours and tourist activities in Punta Cana through its
website https://enjoyparadisetravel.com/. By using this website and contracting the services offered, the user
fully accepts these terms.

The Company does not directly provide the contracted services; these are carried out by third parties
(hereinafter, “the Providers”).
The contract for the provision of tourist services is formalized directly between the user and the Provider.

3. Booking Process
1. Service Selection: The user may choose from the various tour and activity options available on the website.
2. Reservation Completion: The user must complete the booking form and provide accurate and truthful
information.
3. Reservation Confirmation: Upon booking, the user will receive an email confirming their request and detailing
the service.
4. Payment: The reservation will be considered confirmed upon payment of the corresponding amount, unless
otherwise stated.
The Company will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the user.

4. Price and Payment Terms
Prices shown on the website are in US dollars ($) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Payments must be made using the methods enabled on the website.
Any bank fees or charges related to the payment will be borne by the user.

5. Modifications and Cancellations
1. By the User:
The user may cancel or modify their reservation up to 48 hours before the activity’s start, under the terms and
conditions established by the service Provider.
Cancellation requests must be made through the channels indicated in the confirmation email.

2. By the Provider:
Providers may cancel or modify contracted services due to unforeseen circumstances, adverse weather
conditions, or other force majeure reasons.
In such cases, the user will be offered an alternative or a refund, as determined by the Provider.

6. Liability
1. The Company:
The Company is not responsible for the execution of tourist services offered by Providers.
Its responsibility is limited to facilitating the booking process and providing accurate information about the
services offered.
2. The Provider:
The provision, quality, and safety of the contracted service are the sole responsibility of the Provider.
3. The User:
The user must comply with the rules and conditions set by the Provider to ensure proper service delivery.

7. Data Protection
The processing of users’ personal data is carried out in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, which
complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, and design, is protected by intellectual property rights.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited without prior authorization.

9. Force Majeure
The Company and Providers are not liable for failure or delays in fulfilling their obligations due to force majeure
events such as natural disasters, political conflicts, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond their reasonable
control.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. To resolve any disputes related to their
interpretation or application:
If the user is a consumer, the matter will be submitted to the courts of the user’s residence.
Otherwise, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.
